NeuroGO™ Medium is a basal medium for the special cell culture requirements of pre-natal and embryonic neuronal cells when used with SimplyⓇ B 27 SF Supplement or N2 SF Supplement. NeuroGO™ Medium allows for long-time and short-term maintenance of homogeneous populations of neuronal cells without the need of an astrocyte feeder layer. NeuroGO™ Medium can be used to grow neuronal cells from the hippocampus, cortex, and other regions of the brain.
